Charlie Meyers
For 27 years, Charlie has been the leading ski journalist in the Rocky Mountain region. He joined the Denver Post in 1966. His accounts of six Olympic Games brought skiing competition alive for Denver Post readers. He was the first person to win the Harold Hirsch Award – given to the nation's leading ski journalist – four times. He is the only two-time winner of the Lowell Thomas Award for outstanding contributions to Colorado skiing.
