Dick Durrance
After moving to Germany at a young age, Dick became the first German Junior Champion and raced on the German National Team. He received a scholarship to attend Dartmouth College, where he won 17 National Championships and was the first winner of the National Four-Way Combined title. He later moved to Colorado and became one of the founders of Arapahoe Basin. He was General Manager of the Aspen Skiing Corporation from 1947 to 1952.
