Otto Werlin
Otto began his career in 1964 as the general manager of the Loveland Ski Area. During his 28-year tenure, he cultivated Loveland into one of the state’s major ski resorts. He opened Loveland Valley and introduced new snowmaking techniques to the state. As the ski industry boomed, he carved out a niche for Loveland in the competitive market. Under his leadership, Loveland gained the reputation as a local’s mountain for Front-Range skiers.
