Memorial Day offers an opportunity to reflect on the service and sacrifice of the men and women who served our country, including the veterans of the 10th Mountain Division whose legacy remains deeply connected to Colorado snow sports history. As part of that ongoing remembrance, the Colorado Snowsports Museum is honored to share this piece from Tom Hames, whose father, First Lieutenant Eugene S.
